Property has been a keen interest of mine for almost two decades. And, in 2007, I decided to turn this passion into a career. Since then, I have acted either as a buyer's agent or sales agent, and today run my own real estate agency. At Zimmermann Agency, we believe a property sale or purchase is personal, and our approach reflects this. We limit our engagements to only a few clients at any given time. Very good experience

The selling of a residence for the most is not an every day occurrence and is in my experience an unknown process which can cause termoi and uncertinity Therefore I was most apprective of Jamie’s quite manner and expert advice on the selling processing I thank Jamie for his guidance and would recommend his service to anyone wishing to sell

Ahead of the pack for the sale of our home

We chose Jamie because we had a unique home with subjective appeal. Jamie's skills in marketing proved to be the difference. His detailed attention to the photo set, right through to his management of buyer interest, was faultless. He has unlimited energy for interacting with interested parties, which is essential for a single person Agency. Trustworthy and transparent

Jamie is probably the fairest, most transparent and trustworthy real estate agent I have ever dealt with. And I have dealt with many. He conducts a fair, transparent process and communicates every step of the way. You can tell from everything that he does, that he holds his morals and ethics in very high regard. My buyers were absolutely over the moon with their purchase and equally thought Jamie was a pleasure to work with. Complete professional with a human touch

Jamie was recommended to us and I can see why. We managed a simultaneous buy/sell strategy which of course has its inherent risks, however Jamie managed to achieve this, all the while keeping us fully informed and comfortable throughout. When you engage Jamie, you are also getting an ex buyers agent. This gave us an enormous insight into our buying and negotiation strategy. Jamie did this free of charge. In terms of strategy, Jamie always seemed 2 steps ahead. He always had a plan A, plan B and C. The marketing plan, using modern platforms like social looked great, was on point and effective. His communication with us was clear and regular, and very patient, we had plenty of questions and none were treated as dumb. Jamie has a very charming disposition, calm and reassuring, and I had confidence he was using this to good effect to get the best result for us on our sale. Overall Jamie is the sort of guy you’d like to stay in touch with, which is a compliment in itself. Highly recommend using his services.
