Jamie was recommended to us and I can see why. We managed a simultaneous buy/sell strategy which of course has its inherent risks, however Jamie managed to achieve this, all the while keeping us fully informed and comfortable throughout. When you engage Jamie, you are also getting an ex buyers agent. This gave us an enormous insight into our buying and negotiation strategy. Jamie did this free of charge. In terms of strategy, Jamie always seemed 2 steps ahead. He always had a plan A, plan B and C. The marketing plan, using modern platforms like social looked great, was on point and effective. His communication with us was clear and regular, and very patient, we had plenty of questions and none were treated as dumb. Jamie has a very charming disposition, calm and reassuring, and I had confidence he was using this to good effect to get the best result for us on our sale.
