We purchased this property at Goldsborough in July of 2015 and Mr Rudolphy was the agent for the sellers. At the time we were resident in Victoria and had no personal contacts in the Cairns area, but Dennis had recently retired and had long been following the property market in the Cairns and Atherton areas on the internet with the aim of resettling in the region. As potential purchasers, my wife and I were both impressed with Mr. Rudolphy's prompt and detailed replies to our many questions regarding the property, and with his honest approach to noting its limitations. We found it daunting purchasing from a long distance and he was consistently helpful in making the process as painless as possible. We are now happily settled in, and there have been no major surprises or disappointments with the purchase. Initially the lack of an office where we could meet with Pieter face-to-face was a bit off-putting, but in retrospect his lines of communication in lieu of that work effectively. From the first moment I met Pieter I knew that I was on the right track. He was always there, had great market knowledge and is always seeking to improve himself/and Zoom Real Estate. We met in a strange way with me calling hom from Brisbane on a whim after much seeking though the rent rolls on the internet. He as a matter of fact knew of a place that the owners may sell abd the rest is history. Here I am in that residence. I would thoroughly recommend Pieter.

I found Pieter Rudolphy to be more than a Real Estate Agent. I would call him to get information on Doctors, Dentist and Immigration matters. Although it was out of his jurisdiction he would do everything to help. He made out experience on selling our home a very good experience. The best thing I would say is his assessment of our house and what he told us we would realistically expect for it was spot on! We signed off on the sale contract very satisfied clients. He also helped us get a rental Unit and helped us move in before the actual sale of our house. We would use Pieter Rudolphy as our Real Estate Agent if and when we decide to buy another property in Cairns and we would recommend him without any hesitation to our friends and family to wish to engage the services of a Real Estate Agent.

I chose Pieter because other people had recommended Pieter and Yvonne his wife - the small team at Zoom Real Estate, Cairns I found Pieter to be honest in his appraisal of market value of my house. Did not talk up or talk down my property. Pieter recommended I compare selling prices and prices achieved and to inspect other houses to get our own personal feel for the market. Pieter's cost of commission was less than other real estate agents. Pieter also prepared the for sale signage and install himself -- again another saving. Pieter has had renovations/building experience so understands engineering/building potential attached to a particular property can achieve for an interested buyer. I highly recommend Pieter as you will get undivided attention and achieve a buying or selling experience that is stress and hassle free.

Whilst we were pleased with Pieter Rudolphy we were later disappointed that certain aspects of the inspection were not identified and as such has cost us a substantial amount of money to correct and replace. The property was left in a less than acceptable condition.
