We have had the pleasure of knowing Aaron for around 5 years, From living in Sydney and coming up to the central coast to buy our coastie home through Aaron. Aaron was rarely in contact with after he obtained my listing. Aaron only contacted me via SMS even though I let him know he could ring me between 5pm and 6pm while I was driving home any afternoon. He chose not to take up this option. Aaron "hooked" me with a price range of 620k to 670k, won my listing, then said (after 200+days on the market) "there's 2 offers at 550k maybe that's what it's worth". Maybe Aaron had too many listing? because I don't think he had my best interest at heart. I paid out a hell of a lot of money in commission (and advertising) for not much in return from Aaron. I would definitely NOT recommend Aaron to anyone, in fact I would advise them to steer well clear of Aaron and George Brand Toukley.
