When I first started to think about putting my house on the market I had conversations with most agents in the local area including Aaron. I found Aaron to be the least overly assertive of most of the agents I had met. When I finally got to put the house up for sale the market was already on its downward cycle. I stated to Aaron my price and left very little room for negotiation. After 3 uneventful Open Homes and very little sales inquiry I persevered. Eventually I told Aaron to take the place off the market. Aaron asked that I rethink my decision. I did and a family from Sydney came to my home and fell in love with it. I must admit that I did make Aaron work hard to get the price I would finally accept but he did and the deal was done. If you are reading this and thinking of an agent to list your home with I would recommend Aaron. While he might not have the razzmatazz of other flashy agents he gets the job done in his own way. Having previous involvement in the real estate industry for many years and during this time I have experienced agents who promise everything and deliver next to nothing while at the same there are those who simply promise to to the best they can and then deliver on these commitments.
