We recently sold out Blakehurst property with the help of Aaron Bird and Elaine Kwan. We meet Aaron and Elaine at an auction and we were very impressed with the style of representation they provided both to the vendor and to buyers. We were looking at all the leading agents in the area to decide who to go with. Once we agreed to go with Aaron we found that nothing was a problem. We work 6 days a week and most days are from 6.30am to 5.00pm and often we would send early morning emails which would always be replied to promptly. Communication was never an issue. Behind the scenes, while Aaron worked his magic upfront, Elaine was always there doing everything possible to help us get over the line. The formula of well attired and groomed, polite, efficient and knowledgeable staff work beautifully. Aaron's enthusiasm and drive is inspiring and Elaine's calm reassurance and constant smile was always appreciated. It is a huge thing selling your family home but they made it seem relatively simple.
