This was the second time I have used Aaron in the last year to sell my property. Last year he sold my investment property for a crazy price, even for that market. This year he sold my residential property. Two very different property types, so I was curious how he would go. However, the residential property sold for a sensational price, which is all I really care about. His sale method ensured that the buyers could see online where the other buyers were priced at, rather than believing an agent who may not be telling the truth (I've heard this can happen...). I feel this helped us get an extra 20k on top of an already bumped up price that I would have accepted. Not bad at all. The house sold in a week, with one open home and three other small group viewings either side of the open home. He even let one guy view the house twice on the same day. Not bad at all. So would I use him again, sure would. Got the house sold, got a great price, happy days. What is also interesting is that a house on the same street, listed the same week as mine is still for sale eight weeks later. What's going on there.
