How lucky was I to find and engage Aaron to sell my property!!! I had had the property on the market with a different agent for over 2 months last year and, despite pleasing interest from buyers, could not find a buyer who would commit to make an offer at (what I and the agent thought) a fair price. When I put the property back on the market this year I was disheartened and expecting a similar long frustrating sales process and that I would have to sell at a much lower price than I believed the home was worth. In short this time around I did not experience the stress, frustration, doubts and uncertainty I had experienced previously (This is the fourth time I have put a property on the market).
