Agent was honest and did not over promise on price

Aaron was a very competent, professional and hard working realtor when assisting us with the sale of our property. We could not be more pleased with how his and his team at his office dealt with us and the result that they got for us upon conclusion of the sale.

I dealt the with Aaron as a buyer. He was honest and clear from the start and I get did a fair job of giving me insight whilst honouring his commitment to the vendor. Easy going and straight shooting, he's just what you want. Also happy to take a call outside of hours. My only constructive feedback was that I was slightly confused about the 'offer' process and it was in fact another agent who clarified this for me. I wanted to put in an offer subject to finance and initially I think Aaron wasn't keen on that, but he didn't explain that I could still do this. It was probably a misunderstanding in any case as I don't buy often! I would definitely recommend him to any buyer or seller.

I bought a property in November 16 and Aaron was the selling agent. My first impression of Aaron was he was friendly and open about what he thought was the sale range for the property based on recent sales. As I had done a lot of research on the area and attended some recent auctions I knew he was in the right ball park. I made a pre-auction offer on the property the week before Auction, and I found dealing with Aaron throughout the process was easy and straight forward. When Aaron said he'd do something, he did it. I arranged a building inspection and that was all organised quickly by Aaron and his team with the tenants to allow access. Aaron also said he was available for phone calls after hours, which I didn't need to use, but it was good to know that option was there for any last minute queries. I had a positive experience with Aaron, and felt he was being honest and straight- forward throughout the process which takes some of the stress out of buying.

We recently visited 2 properties that Aaron was selling and placed an offer on one of these. Aaron was very honest about the advantages etc in either property and eventually negotiated a very satisfactory outcome for both parties. At all times I felt that Aaron was balancing the needs of both Vendor and ourselves. We could not be more happy with Aaron and Hocking Stuart and have now given the property to H&S to manage.
