Where to start, we were worried about how much our place was worth, would someone see the same value as we do, open house inspections, will it sell quickly, what will we do if it does sell quickly. The list of concerns was nearly enough for us to forget about selling and just stay. Then we met Aaron and he said all the right things, probably even sold us a dream you might say. Being in the sales industry myself i thought "well ok smarty bum lets see if you can put your money where your mouth is " so we took Aaron on as an agent. it turned out to be by far the best decision we have made. Not only did he quash all of our concerns, he addressed any potential issues that may arise upfront with us, something only experience could've foreseen coming and low and behold the issues he mentioned arose and as we were aware they may come up it had little affect on our lives. Aaron had them sorted before we really got to think to much about them. He achieved the sale price that i gave to him, even if it was a bit tongue in cheek which has helped us immensely in the hunt for our next family home.
