From the moment I asked Aaron to appraise my apartment, he was poliet and enthusiastic. He checked in with me regularly to make sure eveything was going well. The Barry Plant team are professionals; they are supportive along every step of the way. I didn't feel pushed into an auction; we always wanted a private sale. The main reason why I would recommend Aaron is because he got the price we wanted! He was able to negotiate with the buyer to give us a satisfactory offer, within two weeks! He sold our apartment for 15k more than another like apartment in the same building which had sold a month previous! And that was fantastic!
