Wow! After comparing 3 different agents in my local area, Aaron not only came across as honest and realistic with his appraisal and market expectations but his friendly and down to earth manner is what made my decision at the end. Aaron visited on the Monday, paperwork signed on Tuesday, photographer/aerial photographer attended on the Friday along with the lovely Charlotte (Aaron's PA). My house went live the following Monday, pictured sign board arrived the Wednesday and first open house on the Saturday. I had multiple offers and sold the house on the Sunday. We found Aaron to be down to earth and straight shooting. Both Rhianna and Caroline were lovely and always phoned us immediately after an inspection. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I did wonder if I had done the right thing after signing, having paid the fee before receiving the service. No complaints about the service. There was nothing more that commission agents do for you that Aaron didn't do, having sold houses with them before, except waste your money on glossy advertising mail outs.
