Wow! After comparing 3 different agents in my local area, Aaron not only came across as honest and realistic with his appraisal and market expectations but his friendly and down to earth manner is what made my decision at the end. Aaron visited on the Monday, paperwork signed on Tuesday, photographer/aerial photographer attended on the Friday along with the lovely Charlotte (Aaron's PA). My house went live the following Monday, pictured sign board arrived the Wednesday and first open house on the Saturday. I had multiple offers and sold the house on the Sunday.
