It was a refreshing no pressure experience and as the Purple Bricks agent for that region (Aaron Lau) was realistic, to the point and very down to earth every step of the way. He was also very open and honest in his dealings and did exactly what he said he would do, and did so with the minimum of fuss. At a total cost of $6000 to sold our family home of over thirty years and were very happy with the $18,000 to $20,000 commission we subsequently saved.
