We found Aaron to be down to earth and straight shooting. Both Rhianna and Caroline were lovely and always phoned us immediately after an inspection. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I did wonder if I had done the right thing after signing, having paid the fee before receiving the service. No complaints about the service. There was nothing more that commission agents do for you that Aaron didn't do, having sold houses with them before, except waste your money on glossy advertising mail outs. Really easy service to use. I’ll admit I had some reservations before the purchase about using purple bricks because of the platform but it’s an awesome service and super easy to use. Being able to negotiate direct with the vendor is pretty cool as well. Aaron and his team were awesome to communicate with. He always followed up when he said he would and I would be happy to recommend him and his team for anyone selling (working in home finance myself I speak to a lot of people who do)
