Aaron was recommended to us by a friend when we were selling our home, he was extremely easy to communicate with and laid out his strategy for getting the best price from day one. Aaron had multiple groups coming through the house every day during the week leading up to the first open house, and 20 groups through on the first open day, this was prior to the house being advertised anywhere online, in simple terms he'll push your house to all his prospective buyers to make sure there are plenty of eyes on it. He also negotiated hard between all the interested purchases, and was able to get a great price in a stagnating market. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aaron to anyone wanting to sell their home.
