It was a pleasure to deal with an agent who was friendly , helpful and efficient. My husband and I have had dealings with so many who are unhelpful, don't come back to you with answers to your questions, and those who act like your money isn't good enough. I had Aaron Paull sell my house and as far as I'm concerned I wouldn't use any other agent again!!.. Have sold 3 other houses before and there was no comparison in agents, Aaron came out on top easily. Aaron knows what he is talking about, gives you the honest truth, (unlike some agents, just telling you what you want to hear) and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. Aaron was even at my house hours before the open house cleaning the glass around my pool whilst I was away (how many agents would you see doing that!!!!!). Also Aaron spots out the little 1 percenters that may need to be done which brings up the price of the house.. They will be the tiny simple improvements but it improves the look of the house 100% and, you wish you had done it ages!!! As for communication, I was given updates every step of the way.. Sale of the house, well it pretty much went in 2 weeks! And for a LOT more than I was expecting 😊. He really knows how to close a deal. Since sale of the house Aaron has been helping me with other properties. I no I can text him at any time about anything and he always gets back to me (personally I don't think he sleeps).. All in all, I totally recommend Aaron to sell your house and trust me, you will be very very happy with the outcome.. Well done Aaron your a champ! 😊
