Aaron was the first agent we met when we moved to Australia, while looking for our first home to buy. As potential buyers, we straight away had a great impression from him, which is why we remembered him several years later when it was time to sell our own unit. Aaron presents well, is a hard worker, has a very professional approach, outstanding communication skills and managed to get us a great result in a difficult market. We highly recommend Aaron and his team, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent agent, very professional and with a great team working hard for their clients. I have had a very positive experience working with them. Highly recommended!

Working with Aaron Woolard on the sale of our apartment was an absolute pleasure. As we are located interstate, we relied heavily on Aaron to show our property to best advantage and keep us informed on buyer feedback after inspections. Phone calls were prompt after every open house or inquiry and always involved positive planning for the way ahead. In a tough market we achieved a quick sale at a great price with Aaron's marketing help. I am sure the buyer, like we do, feel Aaron is more like a friend than just an agent. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others looking to buy or sell in Brisbane.

Aaron provided extremely professional support in my quest to buy a woolstore apartment. I wholeheartedly recommend him. I was so impressed with how he handled the negotiations on my behalf. Thanks so much, Aaron.

Thank you to Aaron and his lovely team for making it all seem so easy. Every task was handled honestly and professionally and with dedication. Open homes were advertised well in advance and detailed feedback provided whenever a potential buyer showed interest. We truly felt that Aaron worked on our behalf- he gave us the control and information but he was the one doing the hard yards. It also gave me comfort knowing that my tenant and potential buyers were looked after by Aaron, it was a pleasure to be represented by a kind professional who knows the New Farm and Teneriffe market so well.

Aaron was completely open and up-front right from the first communication. I enjoyed a smooth and efficient transaction that I'm really happy with as a buyer and I think the vendor would be happy too. Thanks!

Aaron was friendly and helpful all the way through the process even when there were a few cureve balls that arose.

Agent - Anisa Lamond had great knowledge over the property. Went above and beyond to schedule a Skype call to show me around the property. Always responded back promptly. Has great knowledge over the forms required and detailed breakddown of each.

Aaron is one of those people that I immediately felt comfortable with. He was well informed but there was none of the pressure often associated with this industry.Whilst he obviously had the best interests of the seller in mind, he was realistic in his estimate of the property's approximate value.I would highly recommend Aaron whether buying or selling.

Aaron completed a tricky sale for us - we requested certain aspects in relation to the sale and he accomodated them. He provided a very professional service, he communicated with us at every step and went out of his way to ensure our sale went through. Thank you Aaron - job well done

Aaron was professional without being pushy, knowledgeable about the area and real estate market and worked to make both buyer and seller happy. He communicated directly and often and his advice was helpful.

Thank you Aaron with our recent sale.
