Aaron was very good at keeping me informed every step of the way. There were a few hiccups due to the buyer living overseas and me being away from home at the crucial time of signing the contract but neither of these things could have been avoided.The delays incurred were understandable under these circumstances but the contract we received was almost ineligible and with urgency of getting it signed, I did not see that the buyer paid less than the normal 10% deposit and as I remember, this was never explained to me. I only realised this at the time of settlement. Whilst I did not get the price that I had been hoping for, due I understand, to the current market in Brisbane, overall I was happy with the way in which Aaron managed the sale and his regular communication regarding each stage of the sale was very good.
