We recently sold our unit in New Farm and Aaron did a fantastic job as our agent. He was very thorough in his approach, explained all the requirements and kept us informed at every step on the way. He was a pleasure to deal with and made a stressful process much easier to navigate. As was the rest of his team (admin, contracts, etc). Aaron was also an excellent source of knowledge and advice. We didn't want to hear inflated ideas of the unit's worth or to be pressured into a low sale either. Aaron was open, honest and realistic in his assessment of the situation but we also achieved a price we were comfortable with in a difficult time in the real estate market (as a seller).
