Selling a house can be very stressful time and lots of things go through ones mind whether you have done the right thing - Private sale, Set Sale or Auction. I decided for Auction and with the assistance of Aaron and his team were very happy with the end result.
Selling or buying property is never a pleasurable experience (in my experience), however it can be made to be manageable when you have confidence in the person acting on your behalf. Right from my first meeting with Aaron I got a sense of calm assuredness and confidence based on his past ability to deliver on his promise - that being to sell houses. I was impressed with his local market knowledge and the way he managed me through the process. Being a time poor person and living interstate at the time, communication was always going to be imperative for me. Aaron managed me excellently, proactively communicating and keeping me up to date on all aspects of the sales process. When it came to determining our selling plan, I had no issues with taking his recommendations on marketing and approach because I was confident he was giving me the best advice for my property. At the end of the day he over delivered for me, I would never predict that this would be a given considering the market we are in. However based on Aarons expertise I was also not surprised, albeit it is always nice to maximise a return. For anyone looking for an agent who understands the market, is credible, delivers on their promise and is generally a very nice person - look no further, I would recommend Aaron to anyone and would certainly use him again should the opportunity arise. just as a footnote, I am writing this about Aaron who was my primary contact, but one of the things I liked the most was Aaron always presented himself as part of a team of people who were working on my behalf. I always liked the fact he and his company were about team success, not individual success - made a difference to me knowing that the team were working for each other.
