He is best agent I have even met, to help me to complete my buying house dream in Melbourne. Unlike other agent in I have deal with, he gave me accurate and prompt information between me and vendor. First I put a offer after inspect house, he rang me in half hour to let me know vendor accept the offer, and we signed contract together within one hour. Althought vendor regreat, but he helped me to negotiate with each other and achived final price. I like his working attitude and passion, really care about not just vendor but also buyer, especially in this crazy seller's housing market, we get our dream house quickly before auction.
