Well, I must say Alister is the best in the business. His market analysis is up to date, his marketing skills are outstanding, His reach to the targeted buyers is excellent. Many of whom I knew subscribes to his database including me. I sold my 2 bhk unit through him and in 6 weeks of net open homes, he managed to get 54 groups and 7 offers. The one I accepted was definitely above my expected selling price. I have now rented my 2 granys through him only.

A lot has been said and written about the great Alistair. I would just say, I bought my dream home through Alistair, sold my unit through Alistair and finally put out both my granny on rent through Alistair. He is blessed with charming personality and equally great and good looking team. He is the best human being in this business. He knows how to keep both buyer and seller happy which is very rare.

We are very pleased with Alistair and the way he managed the sale. He was very knowledgeable about the market and guided us on what offer to accept or reject. He also moved very fast with photo shoot and marketing to sale the property in two weeks.

Alister is friendly with good knowledge and expertise. I would recommend Alister to anyone who wants to buy a house.
