Alistair was very personable and professional and ensured we were going to be pleased with the result. Unfortunately there were times I was not impressed with his staff as I was not advised of the sign under contract was being put on and when the sold sign was put on, I was not advised, therefore I did not get the chance to take photo at the time and my neighbours had to tell me the house was sold. I think my experience was not as it should have been.
