Alistair has been such a pleasure to work with. He not only has knowledge about the property market but he's also extremely patient and friendly with providing the best service always at the forefront of his mind. I would 100% come back to him for any future property needs. Thanks so much Alistair for everything!
As a buyer, dealing with APG, and particularly with Alistair Agius was a really good experience. We happened to run into him in a few occasions whilst looking for a new property. During every single interaction he was prompt, diligent, honest, and realistic - unlike other agents we had to deal with for other properties. His knowledge of the buying-selling process and his real estate market expertise definitely makes him a person/company that we would recommend as they also have really high standards and values that they seem to follow to achieve their vision.
Our experience with Alistair and his associates has been excellent. What we found impressive was his availability, his knowledge of the market and his ability to share our vision for the sale of our property. He and his team worked hard to achieve the best result possible for us as vendors. Couldn’t have asked for more, highly recommend.
Excellent service and communication from first contact to sale of property Well done 👍 Mary Pace
I highly recommend Alistair and his team. We recently sold our house thru Agius Property Group. Alistair provided good advice on marketing strategies, kept us continually updated on the sale and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I found that Alistair has very good communication skills, I would recommend him to my friends.
Alistair made selling our home less stressful, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and supportive through out the whole process. Alistair’s continuous communication was great; We achieved the price we wanted and would definitely work alongside him and his team again!
Alistair did a wonderful job in helping us sell our property, he made the whole process extremely fast and easy. He's very professional with a great team to back him up, would highly recommend.
I loved them coming to my place to sign papers.Saved me alot of stress & extra work.Made the sale very easy.
Alistair was very friendly and understood our requirements when we were planning to buy. Very responsive and sorted out all our queries very quickly. In short- Alistair was such an awesome person to work with :)
We had a great experience buying with Agius. They helped us organise a private inspection of a property which allowed us to purchase before an open home the next day. They are professional, understand the market conditions and gave us fantastic service. Thank you!
