Biggin & Scott was the 5th agency I had gone to that day, but Abby was the FIRST agent who actually took the time to listen to what we were looking for. Because she listened, she knew exactly what we wanted, and found the perfect house for us. Because I work weekends, Abby was able to arrange a private inspection before the first open home, and I knew immediately that she had found us our future home We had a deadline as we had made another offer on a different property, but Abby was extremely efficient, and in record time she was able to negotiate a deal that all parties were very happy with, with enough time for us to withdraw our offer with the other agency.
