Abraham was totally professional in all aspects of the purchase: punctuality and communication were outstanding with many texts and emails forwarded after hours which was appreciated. His fairness and understanding during the negotiating process was a highlight
Abraham was so professional and lovely throughout our whole house purchasing experience! He kept in touch regularly and always was available to answer any questions we needed! He’s definitely the best agent we’ve had and we would not hesitate to recommend him again!
Abraham has helped us in the past so when I made the decision to sell my property I knew I had to ask Abraham to manage the sale for me. Abraham is professional, knowledgeable & is always willing to pick up the phone & answer questions. His excellent customer service & passion for helping his clients means he doesn't quit & he was able to get me offers over my asking price. In short, I was very happy with the process & would highly recommend Abraham as your next agent.

Pleasure to deal with from very first contact. Very professional, helpful, thorough and dilligent. Definitely made the process easy, and took care of every detail. Very confident I made a great choice selling with Abraham, and hope to deal with him in the future. Thanks Abraham for your effort, and and also to your entourage of support people who integrate seamlessly with you and ensure no details are left to chance.
Great agent Let me just preface, that I have spent 38 years in real estate, holding Chief Auctioneers positions for some major brands in both Australia and New Zealand. I had watched Abraham grow as a young upstanding, estate agent over the last 10 years or so in the local area, doing the hard yards door to door (letterbox drops) that other agents were too lazy to do, that created opportunities for him that other agents missed out on. We sometimes had "curbside" discussions about the market and that he should not give up doing the 'little' things that set him apart from the competition. He now "owns" the area and I chose no other agent, not even for an appraisal, to sell our family home. Commission didn't even come into it, it was irrelevant. What was important to me was integrity, an honest conversation and feedback - he doesn't create the market, he merely interprets it AND he left no buyer untouched and no offer lurking in the shadows. He achieved what the top end of the market would pay! Abraham achieves GREAT things for his vendors quietly and with no stress and the information he provides allowed us to make a well informed and educated decision. We are more than happy, to the point where we re-engaged him to sell my parents-inlaw's home when it was time for them to move on. Thank you Abraham!
My experience with Abraham was nothing short of Outstanding. His Professionalism and Local Market Knowledge gained us a result Exceeding our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Abraham to any of my close friends or family.
Abraham was great to deal with. From the first inspection to the final agreement. Non pushy professional who was available to answer any question anytime.Pleasure to deal with.
Abraham was exceptionally knowledgeable about the local market. He kept in communication throughout the entire sale time and went above and beyond to keep us informed and feeling comfortable. No question was a silly question and he was always available to provide us the information we needed. He was very professional in all aspects of our sale. We highly recommend Abraham to assist in the sale of your home .
