Friendly and professional at all times but recommendations made by Abraham need to be addressed. The report done by the Building Inspector recommended, was not accurate, as it missed some very obvious/visible faults in the building. Rotting timber in rear patio construction...front fence uprights all rotten. Water seepage into the garage. These were later shown to Abraham who did take pictures of the faults. Repointing was needed after moving in. If you are going to recommend a service, at least ensure that they are capable of doing the job as described. Our building report was obviously a simple "cut and paste" job by someone who cuts corners to complete a substandard job. AS far as a selling agent, Abraham obviously did a good job and in this regard we can recommend him....but unless they have changed their preferred building inspector, go out and find your own.

Great agent Let me just preface, that I have spent 38 years in real estate, holding Chief Auctioneers positions for some major brands in both Australia and New Zealand.
