We bought the house we liked because we met a kind real estate agent. We bothered him a lot, asking Abraham lots of questions annoyingly because this was the first home we bought and we did not know many things. However, Abraham was very kind and gave us lots of help. Other than being a lovely gentleman Abraham gets better than expected prices for you which is something rare in this environment. Being an ex real estate agent I was very fussy in choosing the person that worked like I use to and Abraham came up with the goods from contact to respect to his caring nature he is the complete package if you want someone working for you that has up to date industry knowledge to get the best possible price then DON'T go anywhere else you need to employ this man!! After our photo session he had Pizzas, garlic bread and drinks delivered at his own expense so we didn't have to cook at 7pm-how thoughtful!!! We sold after our 1st open for inspection weekend with 20 lots through and numerous offers but he made it very easy in a stressful situation and was very patient with both parties but defiantly strives to get that bit extra for the vendor after he finds out exactly what the buyers needs are and finds out the motivation and emotion behind the buyers and acts accordingly. He also does a lot of after sale contact to check if everything is running smoothly and even helped us sell furniture to the buyers with extra inspections which is above and beyond the call of duty-no wonder he is the top agent in the area a job well done as you can tell it is in his blood being available 7 days a week at all hours(pity his wife & kids!!) but you can tell he just loves it which is a fantastic sign he is not just doing a job...…. it is his life and chosen career. Abraham is a very hard working agent, he presented our property in its best form marketed it very well. We had a couple offers which we accepted that were subject to finance but he continued to open the house in the case there was a problem and it worked CAuse first offer was declined by finance. Would definitely recommend and use again.
