Dealing with Abraham was uncomplicated and we found him to be open, straightforward, professional and friendly. Abraham kept us informed throughout the purchasing process and finding us the property that suited us. Thank you Abraham for your patience and the extra effort you put in to secure our new home.

Abrahim helped sell my house in hard situation. Very understanding thank you

Best of the best Used him before and cant fault his work, very professional and gets the results! Would recommend him to everyone

Abraham was great to work with. Relaxed, not pushy. Kept us informed as the sale proceeded. In the end got us the result we expected. We would definitely recommend Abraham.

Would have no hesitation in highly recommending Abraham as a local agent. Thank you for the successful sale of my property within one month being listed on the market.

Thanks Abraham, Steve and the team at Berwick. Selling a home is one of the most stressful life experiences, the professionalism shown by the team provided us with confidence that we and our home were important to you, not just as a sale opertunity. Open honesty communication from pre sale to sale ensured the guide price was attained within the timeframe. Abraham, we thank you for your guidance and handholding, you are a credit to the profession and to LJ Hooker Berwick. Cheers Bill & Margaret

Abraham had been very helpful and supportive in the entire process of purchasing the property including responding on issues post the transaction.

Other than being a lovely gentleman Abraham gets better than expected prices for you which is something rare in this environment. Being an ex real estate agent I was very fussy in choosing the person that worked like I use to and Abraham came up with the goods from contact to respect to his caring nature he is the complete package if you want someone working for you that has up to date industry knowledge to get the best possible price then DON'T go anywhere else you need to employ this man!! After our photo session he had Pizzas, garlic bread and drinks delivered at his own expense so we didn't have to cook at 7pm-how thoughtful!!! We sold after our 1st open for inspection weekend with 20 lots through and numerous offers but he made it very easy in a stressful situation and was very patient with both parties but defiantly strives to get that bit extra for the vendor after he finds out exactly what the buyers needs are and finds out the motivation and emotion behind the buyers and acts accordingly. He also does a lot of after sale contact to check if everything is running smoothly and even helped us sell furniture to the buyers with extra inspections which is above and beyond the call of duty-no wonder he is the top agent in the area a job well done as you can tell it is in his blood being available 7 days a week at all hours(pity his wife & kids!!) but you can tell he just loves it which is a fantastic sign he is not just doing a job...…. it is his life and chosen career. We wish him the very best in this fickle and cut throat business but we know he will be doing this for a long time and cannot highly recommend him enough-we take our hats off to you Abraham and if we can spread the word to anyone we know in the area buying or selling we would insist they meet this informative man-Please trust Abraham with your prized possession as you won't be disappointed-Many thanks again-very,very impressed!!! Theresa & Peter

Abraham is a very hard working agent, he presented our property in its best form marketed it very well. We had a couple offers which we accepted that were subject to finance but he continued to open the house in the case there was a problem and it worked CAuse first offer was declined by finance. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Abraham made the whole selling process easy. Right from the start he was polished and professional, maintaining a great communication throughout the campaign. He without doubt went above and beyond what I would have expected of an agent. Highly recommended!

Abraham made the sale of our house a smooth and successful process. Hassle free, he guided my wife and I (first time sellers) through each step and even gave good advice on our next property when we were unsure of things. He is a straight to the point and honest agent and highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

Abraham was always determined to expose the property to the market with excellent photo marketing organising and attending open days both Saturday and Sunday and utilising day light saving to capitalise mid week open house opportunities. The house offered some unique features however the style was also a challenge as it was not everybodies cup of tea in our modern society, not to mention the challenge of rapidly down turning market, bad weather, the elections looming and banks on the eve of raising interest rates, Abraham always remained confident that the right buyer would come along and he was right, his persistence an determination ensured a satisfactory result for buyer and seller alike. I felt like he was only working for me every time we spoke, he was focussed on my requirements first and foremost, I would highly recommend Abraham and Berwick LJ Hooker.
