As a new build, one of three homes, we were fortunate to find a buyer after the first "Open". Andrew quickly took up the challenge with the potential buyer, coming up with a satisfactory result within days. This was at the beginiing of the COVID-19 scare that was about to envelope business confidence. The staff at X-Sell, namely Samantha and Sammi, were professional but friendly in their communications regarding the marketing of the property. Would be very happy to recommend. We met with a variety of agents before making our choice, but Andrew was the only one that really felt like he was listening to our situation and not giving us an off the shelf sales pitch.
