Andrew has a nice manner and was friendly to deal with. The communication I received around the settlement however, was very poor. I was not informed by the agent that the settlement of my lot was dependent on the sale of multiple lots within the same subdivision - all handled by Xsell property. The settlement date therefore was not confirmed until 5 months after signing the contract, Andrew led me to believe it would be 2, as we had discussed. Often relevant information was not passed on to all parties and I had to initiate contact for updates. The lack of transparency was highly disappointing.

Andrew and the team at X-Sell were friendly, helpful and forthcoming with information whenever we needed it. They were fantastic in chasing up information from the builder for us after settlement.
