General speaking, I will rate Andrew a high score regarding communication skills and he had responded to all my questions in a timely manner. But I think he could be more flexible regarding the removal of the 'for sale sign' in front of my property before settlement.

Andrew has kept his word in that he did sell my unit as he had said he would. He pursued me for 2 years out of the blue, hence I believed he meant business and it was his persistence that won me over. Since then in following his journey, I feel and believe his major strength is in up-selling which was proved when the buyer put in an offer Andrew reached out for a little bit more and the deal was done. However at the beginning of this year I took dangerously (life threatening) ill and was in a very vulnerable position. My current tenant at that time requested another lease at my unit. Andrew recommended strongly that I ask him to vacate so I could paint the unit which was beneficial. It was in that moment that our journey began and I firmly believed it would sell a lot quicker with Andrew's persistence. Unfortunately it didn't, and it left me in an even worse predicament. I went back to my casual job which was held open for me and was asked to leave as I had lost my confidence . I firmly believe to this day it was the wrong decision releasing my tenant as I lost a quality of life for several months living on the pension and a little help from friends. I had no rental income, no wage and paid the bills in SA and here in Qld. The other incident was when I found some odds and sods in my laundry which were never looked at and there were repairs that needed doing and weeding to be done which was completely sorted by Andrew. Thank you Andrew and Tiffany for honouring your word and getting those jobs completed. I remained strong for 7 months and it is sold now however I firmly believe it could have taken a different turn and I would not have suffered. I know you worked long and hard to get this sale and you will still get full commission even though I lost several thousand dollars . Perhaps next time you come across a vulnerable situation it might pay you to listen/hear what the vendor is really trying to say. All in all Congratulations to you all .
