Andrew recently sold a block of land for me. The block had been on the market for a couple of months with another agent and Andrew contacted me with a potential buyer. Andrew managed to negotiate a fair price and contracts exchanged with 3 weeks. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the vendor was unable to settle on time and asked for an extension. This was communicated to me via text message and an email sent for me to sign to agree to the extension. Before signing I read the fine print on the contract which entitled me to penalty interest for the delayed settlement. This was confirmed by my conveyancer however I felt that Andrew was trying to hurry me into signing the extension without knowing my full rights. Once I raised this with Andrew he was supportive however it left me feeling Andrew was working more for the buyer than me. Overall though happy with the service
