Andrew and the XSell team and becoming well known in our family circle! He sold my nephew's property in an area with low demand and then he sold my Mother's house on the first open. With this track record, my husband and I selected Andrew to sell our house at Gulfview Heights, where it can take some months or even years to sell some houses. It did take 2 months to sell, which is pretty quick for this type of property in this area. Andrew's communication and follow up was very good. He always contacted us when he said he would and gave feedback after every open inspection and then again after he had spoken with the people that inspected the house. He was very flexible in working in with us in regards to the open times which was very helpful. The people that he worked with to help market the house were very skilled in their fields and the marketing was done very well and professionally. I understand that negotiations can be a challenge, but Andrew got the best price possible in a short time frame. Unfortunately, the price was not quite as high as we would have liked, but the sale was not subject to any conditions which has taken any ambiguity and uncertainty out of our future plans.
