I was very impressed with my dealings with Andrew Kyriacou from Xsell Property. I found the whole sale process 'painless.' Andrew was very professional and had integrity throughout the whole sale process. He was very patient even though it took me a few weeks to sign the contract with him as I was being held up with my own property selling. I would highly recommend Andrew to my family and friends!
Andrew's honesty and approach to working hard to sell a property is his greatest asset. He never looses focus and even with the extended marketting campaign for this particular sale to ensure I get not only the price i wanted but the right type of buyer as I own adjoining properties makes him a standout agent. Highly recomended.
Andrew sold my property first open, Andrew negotiated the first offer to an amount well above my expectations, I could not be happier with the way this sale went.
Andrew went above and beyond in helping my partner and I secure our first home together, his communication ensured we were informed at every stage of the process and gave us complete confidence in what would typically be a stressful time. Love the videos mate, keep it up!
We purchased our new home through Andrew and the commitment he demonstrated to the vendor of the property was the reason we chose him to sell our existing home, Andrew is an excellent negotiator with a unique style that makes his agency stand out from the crowd and the entire Exsell team maintain the standard of professionalism. We bought and sold through Andrew and it was a seamless process that was stress free and we would recommend the Exsell team to anyone.
Selling a home requires attention to detail and a strong focus on the expectations of the market, Andrew provided us with all of the right information and recommendations which we followed to the letter and as a result we sold the home in 3 days. In addition to the stand out marketing campaign, Andrew is a highly motivated and enthusiastic agent who works hard for his clients and ensures a smooth process is achieved, and in our case we can only describe it as way too easy!
When we first met Andrew we knew we were in good hands. He is a lovely, friendly and enthusiastic guy and has a great knowledge of the real estate industry. He sold our house really quickly and for a great price. Loved the funny video he produced to attract buyers to our property -- very clever marketing which assisted getting multiple potential buyers to our open inspections. We recommend Andrew Kyriacou and the Xsell Property team to sell your house. Niki & Richard Hunter
Andrew and the XSell team and becoming well known in our family circle! He sold my nephew's property in an area with low demand and then he sold my Mother's house on the first open. With this track record, my husband and I selected Andrew to sell our house at Gulfview Heights, where it can take some months or even years to sell some houses. It did take 2 months to sell, which is pretty quick for this type of property in this area. Andrew's communication and follow up was very good. He always contacted us when he said he would and gave feedback after every open inspection and then again after he had spoken with the people that inspected the house. He was very flexible in working in with us in regards to the open times which was very helpful. The people that he worked with to help market the house were very skilled in their fields and the marketing was done very well and professionally. I understand that negotiations can be a challenge, but Andrew got the best price possible in a short time frame. Unfortunately, the price was not quite as high as we would have liked, but the sale was not subject to any conditions which has taken any ambiguity and uncertainty out of our future plans. We highly recommend Andrew and the XSell team and if we ever sell again, then we will ask Andrew to help us.
It really helps as a buyer to have confidence in the agent you are dealing with and Andrew has been positive and enthusiastic and kept me updated throughout.
