When the decision was made to sell my house, the first person that came to mind was Ant Manton. After a review was completed of other agents, Ant came back with the price range expected, and with his no-fluff approach, that was clear and to the point, Ant was the only one to sell my house. During the process, the communication from Ant and his team was exactly what I required, and when questions were asked, answers came back quickly, and with no Fluff. He had people interested in the property, and booked for inspections before the house was listed in the open market - one of these ended up making the purchase.
