When the decision was made to sell my house, the first person that came to mind was Ant Manton. After a review was completed of other agents, Ant came back with the price range expected, and with his no-fluff approach, that was clear and to the point, Ant was the only one to sell my house. During the process, the communication from Ant and his team was exactly what I required, and when questions were asked, answers came back quickly, and with no Fluff. He had people interested in the property, and booked for inspections before the house was listed in the open market - one of these ended up making the purchase. The 11 reasons that Ant puts forward to sell a property - My Brian, My Vision, My Smile, My Heart, My Thumb, My Drive & Ambition, My Love Handles(can fully comment on this one), My iPhone, My Suit, My Shoes, My Team, were all on show during the whole process. He needs to add a 12th reason - My Socks - they can be a talking point. Everything that Ant and his team did during the process, they managed to achieve the price I was looking for, and also set a new street record. Once the sale was completed, Ant's help and support didn't stop there, as I was in the market to buy again, he provided leads to new properties and knew what I was looking for, and even helped with properties not listed with him. The only downfall with Ant is the footy team he supports, but we can't all be perfect. For a stressful process, Ant made this an easy process Onwards and Upwards!

Well what can we say about this bloke?! We havnt time to write a book. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Ant and his prodigy Zac Flanagan a really nice young man with alot of wit and charm. We went with Ant and his team as he had a property we wanted to secure, so we had a bundle for him to manage sell our property as well. He had to make it work in a short time frame as (others were getting cold feet) Honestly what we thought was going yo be a nightmare (open homes, private inspections) it wasnt, he worked hard with only a couple of open homes and private inspections which our dog loved as soon as she would see him it was definatly extra walk time. Ants amazing handling and integrity simply made everything about selling or buying very easy. We own a small business and communication is a big thing Ant had us always up to date and well informed of how BOTH were proceeding. I would highly recommend Ant and his team for buying your dream home or just moving on to the next venture, as he will definatly be working for us on future developments.

Ant Manton was an unknown quantity to me. I had heard glowing reports and read some as well. Over the time of our relationship to date he has lived up to these meaningful and heartfelt expressions of his professionalism and character. Importantly, Ant clearly has his thumb on the property landscape here in Hobart and no doubt elsewhere in Tasmania. This was strengthened by an underlying and sharp appreciation of the real estate market generally, contrasting bank interest rates and the potential volatility of an impending National election. Upon first meeting Ant, he was far from reserved and very interested in what our circumstances were, and to settle on a place where he could facilitate for us an easy and well considered passage to a sale. A great sense of humour enhanced Ant's commitment and approach to achieving the right outcome for us. He was always available, had the right information that was required and, if not (which was rare), sought it out. In relation to our property, and a high point of what I believe was was a mark of his team's (Zac) professionalism, I was so impressed with the weekly diary/graphics of contacts made, possibilities or otherwise of a sale, and his follow up strategies. Significantly, the important thing about Ant is that he took the time to listen, observe, analyse and provide sensible advice ... and an OUTCOME!

Overall a Great experience, firstly, very on the ball! Never did we have to chase up phonecalls or communications, Ant always answered our calls or rang us straight back, never forgets anything, and certainly made us feel we were his priority, we were very happy with our sale outcome which was very quick, One thing we liked was the way he called us his team, Ant is a very friendly, happy man, and this showed through with the rest of his crew, he will be our number 1 go to for any future sales, A big thank you for a smooth sale, John & Debbie

Ant supported me with the purchase of my first home and made a stressful process smooth (and successful!) He was genuinely happy for me when my offer was accepted and was reassuring throughout the process.
