Well what can we say about this bloke?! We havnt time to write a book. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Ant and his prodigy Zac Flanagan a really nice young man with alot of wit and charm. We went with Ant and his team as he had a property we wanted to secure, so we had a bundle for him to manage sell our property as well. He had to make it work in a short time frame as (others were getting cold feet) Honestly what we thought was going yo be a nightmare (open homes, private inspections) it wasnt, he worked hard with only a couple of open homes and private inspections which our dog loved as soon as she would see him it was definatly extra walk time. Ants amazing handling and integrity simply made everything about selling or buying very easy. We own a small business and communication is a big thing Ant had us always up to date and well informed of how BOTH were proceeding. I would highly recommend Ant and his team for buying your dream home or just moving on to the next venture, as he will definatly be working for us on future developments.

Very sympathetic to my situation and handled everything professionally

Ant Manton was an unknown quantity to me. I had heard glowing reports and read some as well. Over the time of our relationship to date he has lived up to these meaningful and heartfelt expressions of his professionalism and character. Importantly, Ant clearly has his thumb on the property landscape here in Hobart and no doubt elsewhere in Tasmania. This was strengthened by an underlying and sharp appreciation of the real estate market generally, contrasting bank interest rates and the potential volatility of an impending National election. Upon first meeting Ant, he was far from reserved and very interested in what our circumstances were, and to settle on a place where he could facilitate for us an easy and well considered passage to a sale. A great sense of humour enhanced Ant's commitment and approach to achieving the right outcome for us. He was always available, had the right information that was required and, if not (which was rare), sought it out. In relation to our property, and a high point of what I believe was was a mark of his team's (Zac) professionalism, I was so impressed with the weekly diary/graphics of contacts made, possibilities or otherwise of a sale, and his follow up strategies. Significantly, the important thing about Ant is that he took the time to listen, observe, analyse and provide sensible advice ... and an OUTCOME!

Overall a Great experience, firstly, very on the ball! Never did we have to chase up phonecalls or communications, Ant always answered our calls or rang us straight back, never forgets anything, and certainly made us feel we were his priority, we were very happy with our sale outcome which was very quick, One thing we liked was the way he called us his team, Ant is a very friendly, happy man, and this showed through with the rest of his crew, he will be our number 1 go to for any future sales, A big thank you for a smooth sale, John & Debbie

Ant supported me with the purchase of my first home and made a stressful process smooth (and successful!) He was genuinely happy for me when my offer was accepted and was reassuring throughout the process. He was also very patient around putting the For Sale sticker up and waited for me to recover from COVID so I could do it myself and take photos, which was important to me as a first home owner.

Ant had been recommended to me by numerous people but still I was not just going to take their word for it. So I reviewed 5 Agents to sell my property to make my own mind up. After meeting Ant he gave me a sense of calm and relaxation with his professional manner and also his sense of humour. He knew I was after an agent that would tell me like it is, what was required from all involved and no fluff! His efficiency in getting my property on the market and working within my timeframe was second to none. His communication was on point and his ever changing crazy socks kept my daughter amused each time we saw him. He was able to keep me calm throughout the whole experience, being contactable anytime of the day or week. He knew my goals and he achieved them quicker than I thought possible. Ant Manton made the process of purchasing my new home absolutely painless. He followed through with getting answers to questions and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with what I was doing. He was honest and whilst I’m aware he was working for the vendor I felt supported and safe that I wasn’t being conned in any way. It’s easy to see that he loves his job and this enthusiasm comes through when dealing with him. My additional contact with him over hiccups with the finance were understood quickly and not seen as a problem but seen as part of his ongoing communication with the vendors. Nothing was too much trouble for him and when he rang me to congratulate me when the sale went unconditional I believe he was genuinely pleased for me.

We were extremely satisfied with Ant in all aspects of listing and selling our home. His communication was excellent and he always kept us up to date, making us feel as though we were his only listing. He listened to us, did what he said he would do and we truly believe he acted with integrity in dealing with all of the interested buyers.
