Adam and Robert worked very hard to achieve the best result they could. Selling the property was a hard decision for me as it was my Aunts property and as Executor of the estate it was an emotional time. Adam and Robert made sure that the advertising and open for inspections were handled very professionally and prospective buyers were given a comprehensive understanding and thorough opportunity to see the best aspects of the property. On auction day Adam worked hard to get the prospective buyers to participate and although we did not reach the reserve price he negotiated an after auction sale with the eventual buyer that was a satisfactory result for all concerned .
