On Saturday I enjoyed the purchase of my very first block of land, with the aspiration of building a beautiful family home on the Mornington Peninsula in the near future. After dealing with numerous estate agents over the course of roughly 12 months, I found Adam to be a very easy-going and no nonsense kind of guy. I purchased at auction which was an added stress, however Adam was a fairly casual auctioneer and didn't employ any pressure style tactics which was a relief - I felt somewhat uncomfortable at other auctions. I think he provided a great outcome for both myself and the vendor and I would recommend him to a friend or family member.
