We had a great experience with Adam when we purchased our house in Eagle Point . Adam arranged all the inspections through face time as we were coming from NSW . Had a list of great contacts to deal with like solicitor , removalist - building reports etc. He also had a great knowledge of the local area. Adam struck me as a person of high personal integrity. There was none of the normal flowery description that some people in this industry resort to. Adam was frank and drew my attention to the weaknesses in the property and of course the advantages. The discussion vie the market attention the property had received was again frank and honest. IMO if all those in the real estate industry conducted themselves with the integrity of Adam, the industry would be held in higher regard.
