I have always found Adam to be experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. He always has a smile on his face and if I should come across Adam around town, he always smiles and says hello. Adam handled my most recent sale and the property was put on the market in record time. During inspections, Adam had to be mindful of my nervous indoor cat and I had complete faith in him in that regard. Adam also assisted me with my recent purchase. I inspected the property with my parents (who Adam had met briefly before). Adam remembered my parents and they have expressed to me their high regard of him. They refer to him as a lovely young man , so helpful and professional. During times when the conveyancers seemed to be taking a while to get contracts drawn up, I would text Adam to see if he knew what was happening and he always went above and beyond to chase up information from conveyancers and/or the other parties to keep me abreast of what was happening (even if it was long after work hours.
