Absolute please to sell a home with .Adam communicated regularly and promptly with us, keeping us in the loop with everything. Very supportive when the initial sale fell through ,but due to diligence and followup resold on the same day .Adam mega helpful and even assisted us with finding a housecleaner when ours was a no-show .
Adam was the worst real estate agent i have ever dealt with and this is not my first house purchased and sold which we did tell Adam if we believe him to be honest and a decent person to work with we will consider him when selling future properties. The first red flag was when Adam spoke poorly of the vendor bad mouthing him being racist and speaking in derogatory language about him, not only this but he told us a very small range that tother offers had put, to a point you almost knew what to offer. Once our offer was the highest Adam informed us of how much it was ahead by. Although our offer was accepted Adam attempted to what felt like black mail throughout the day saying things like “If deposit isn’t paid we will be having an open house tomorrow” although all requirements were met, and contracts exchanged, deposit paid Adam still went on to have an open house the next day then stating ”people are coming anyway may as well have the open house” then when questioned about how it would be wasting peoples time, he decided he was doing it “Incase we cancel it would impact him”, then his final statement being “Oh well my boss wants me to so deal with it”. Adam was caught out on many lies he had told us. The house was left in a terrible state and Adams reaction was pretty much “Not my problem” he wiped his hands of the issue by ignoring phone calls and texts, only responding when it suited him. Adam was not professional at all throughout the process, he swore profusely and spoke very unprofessionally. I would not sell my house through Adam unless you want to be bad mouthed about. I personally would prefer to miss out on a house then to deal with Adam again. I will not recommend Adam to anyone in Lake Macquarie.
