Joshua was excellent at identifying a property within our price range and handled the negotiation professionally keeping me updated throughout. Katelyn assisted in the post bid process in an attentive manner and was always available for multiple phone conversations and updates as and when we needed them. I would highly recommend using Joshua and his team if you are interested in buying a property in the Newcastle area. They stand head and shoulders above any of their competitors - and we worked with many.

Josh and his team were fantastic to work with-warm, friendly and professional. From the start, their communication was clear, consistent, and honest. We achieved a quick sale at an excellent price, and I really valued Josh’s deep market knowledge — he gave us realistic expectations rather than overpromising, which built immediate trust. His sincerity, ethics, and authenticity stood out every step of the way. It’s refreshing to deal with an agent who genuinely cares about doing the right thing, not just closing the deal. Highly recommend!

Huge thank you to Selina Rankin from Salt Real Estate for helping us sell our house! Selina was so easy to work with - friendly, supportive, and always happy to answer our million questions. She ensured the process was simple and stress-free. Nothing was ever too hard, and her advice was spot on. We felt really looked after and confident with her insight into our local market and what we could achieve. If you’re thinking about selling, we’d definitely recommend Selina and the team from Salt. She assisted to make a big life change feel so much easier!
