I found Adam to be genuine, helpful and responsive. This was my first property purchase and Adam was very helpful with providing information in relation to the property itself, the process of buying a property and in putting me in contact with others who could help (e.g. mortgage brokers). Adam was still fairly new to real estate (I believe this was his first sale) and was still getting his head around some of the intricacies of the industry, but this is understandable and will no doubt improve over time.
