He had a good understanding of Brunswick real estate and appreciated that my unit in Brunswick East was always going to be a difficult sale to achieve what I wanted, even in a relatively buoyant market. The property was too small for most buyers, who were very vocal in this regard, and purchased by me for well above it's worth. Rob had a challenge ahead of him but he approached it head on with gusto. He referred and took an interest in the styling of the property striving for maximum impact, and persistently pursued potential buyers, though the message was always that it was too small and many not prepared to pay what I needed.
