My wife and I approached Adam with the prospect of selling my mother's house. When the due date for present tenants approached to leave, Adam organized all marketing to do with the property. On the day of the Auction, Adam had secured 5 perspective buyers, with in conjunction with my wife and Adam an agreement of a realistic reserve price was set. The Auction went well, with settlement meeting above the reserve price. From completion of sale, Adam and his team also organized conveyancing arrangements which was a huge help for myself and my mother.
