Adam did a terrific job managing the sale of my Bokarina property. He engaged many prospective buyers through open houses and digital marketing and phone calls and kept me in the loop at all times regarding negotiations with them. I am so grateful that I chose Adam Budd to sell my property in Mountain Creek. Unlike many agents I have worked with it the past, Adam was thorough with the sale process and had excellent communication. I was updated daily on the progress and sent through regular reports on the online results and open home inspections. Adam has high attention to detail and made the sale his absolute priority; I didn't have to worry about a thing, everything was all taken care of. He consistently followed up any potential buyers and leads, was amazing with working out open homes with my tenant and was available at any time, even after hours. I honestly believe the sale wouldn't have gone through this quickly if he wasn't in my corner! I will definitely be using Adam again next time we sell.
