Selecting the right agent is never an easy decision. Having developed a good relationship with our rental agent a very well known and prominent agent on the coast who did an excellent job managing our family home rental before deciding to put our house on the market. Looking around and to see who was the right agent led us to Adam Budd of Ray White Kawana. Adam previously trained our 2 children some 15 years earlier when he was a personal trainer. Big difference between personal training and selling houses? Well, thats what I thought? So here's the dilemma! Go with a prominent agent with proven results and whom's property manager gave exceptional service managing our rental, or the new guy on the block? We decided on the new kid on the block. Why?? The prominent agent was going to take our property on, however he had so many properties and spends a lot of time out of the country so the property would ultimately be managed by numerous staff. Adam loved our property the moment he walked in and and said I could live here my wife would love it. We dicussed our objective and price and he felt, but more importantly made us feel confident that the outcome was achievable though the price more to the top end of market for similar homes in the area. To our superise the house was on the market for only 1 day and a contract was signed prior to open house and unconditional within 10 days. A perfect result by all. Thanks Adam! So back to the question Personal Training and Selling houses not the same thing??? Well, when Adam was personal training our kids he took the time to get to know the kids, their likes and dislikes, what motivated them and what physical and and medical restrictions they may have. Adam only then did an individual assessment on each and came up with a completely different program for each. Adam does the research, finds out what you want sets realistic goals. Only then will he and you have the confidence the property will be sold for it's optimum.

Adam assisted with the purchase of our new home. His communication throughout the process was exceptional. Constantly kept us informed, gathered information and answered all of our questions. As a 'local' Adam has extensive knowledge of the area and market place. The most important thing for us was that Adam acts with integrity and honesty. We would highly recommend Adam to others looking to sell.

Not everyday do you find a real estate agent who literally rolls up his sleeves to assist his clients in getting their house ready for market, however Adam did. He worked very closely with us to ensure our house was market ready and worked extremely hard to ensure our open homes were a success. Due to our Particular circumstances, my wife and I knew that selling our home would be quite a challenge.
