Adam was the selling agent on our property purchased in Wurtulla. He was a pleasure to deal with and was always contactable and happy to help us out when we needed. He marketed the property very well, working with us to keep marketing expenses low, and we particularly appreciated his suggestions for the photo shoot and were delighted with the result. He kept in constant contact, both by phone, email and in person, delivering feed back on all inspections and answering our queries as they arose. Our sale was not straight forward, with extensions and delays to expected time-frames. Adam kept the sale together through all of these and kept everyone focused on the end result. Unfortunately I don't think Adam knew the house as much as he should of and Qs we asked at the time of purchase proved to be incorrect We were left in a situation where the property was filthy nothing worked and a whole lot of extra expense I know this is not entirely Adams fault I feel if he knew this house a little better and the overall things that were with it we would have been better informed my suggestion would be if you are not 100% sure about a Q being asked don't make the answer up we have had the solar company chasing us for money and every thing else from dodgy toilet systems to a useless washing machine left in the kitchen Saying yes to get the sale might be good for that one but it want get the potential many after it
