Of course we wanted to sell at a price that we were told years ago we could get for our house .Adam explained that prices had dropped ,we wouldn't listen and kept our price 2years and lots of work with Adam we finally listened and sold it with in 1 month at the price he advised.Adam was always honest and upfront with us and we got what he said we would ,we are sorry we had not listened earlier .Having said that he never stopped trying to sell for us ,hindsight is a wonderful thing .If we had taken his advice first up we would have sold earlier .We are none the less very happy with his advice and commitment to sell and would be happy to recommend him to anyone for his honesty and hard work.

My best mate was trying to purchase a new home as I was purchasing this property with another real estate agent whilst I was making this purchase with Adam. My mate was leaving four to five messages and not receiving a returned phone call. I rang the agent's number and my unknown number was answered immediately.... I would find a missed call on my phone, a voice message and then a text message explaining where negotiations were at.
