My best mate was trying to purchase a new home as I was purchasing this property with another real estate agent whilst I was making this purchase with Adam. My mate was leaving four to five messages and not receiving a returned phone call. I rang the agent's number and my unknown number was answered immediately.... I was appalled and my mate was not too happy! I had none of that with Adam it was the opposite! I would find a missed call on my phone, a voice message and then a text message explaining where negotiations were at. I would then later check my e-mail and find that he had also sent an e-mail as back-up communication to keep me informed. Never once felt that the seller and commission had the higher priority.

Adam took the stress out of selling our property because he stays in constant contact and is an agent who has been in the business for a considerable time. During the selling period, Adam was proactive communicating with buyers and chasing new leads. That is how he sold our property. It was a pleasure working with Adam, his happy personality and the reassuring commitment to the sale and finally tieing up all the loose ends, made the whole process easy. In a slow market, we had a sale in seven weeks.
