Very disappointing

After meeting a few agents at open homes, Adam came recommended. He certainly talked the talk, but in the end the results didn't back it up. I was left sorely disappointed in our campaign. I was emailed photos for approval of the billboard, and it was another house altogether! Then the photo chosen was not one I felt best served the property. Marketing materials were not quite what I expected and very poor quality. Our auction was a dismal off-site failure when I was assured it would be for the best. This too was incorrect, and proven when a house a few doors up sold for much more, in worse condition, on a smaller block with a yard full of attendees. We had advised them to find another agent and it paid off for them. He was promising all this interest when I told him to remove it from sale. The stress caused us to accept an offer lower than what even our agency agreement was. He wasn't even there the day I dropped off the keys. And I notice the terrible state the property is in now it is rented out and managed by them. An experience I wished I had walked away from. I hate to leave a negative review, however when I looked at this site, there was only positive feedback. I notice that has changed. To this day almost 12 months on, I still feel I could have got a better result myself.

Sold in days for great price.

I’ve been dealing with Adam for years now and he recently sold my unit. He always provides great advise & within 1.5wk I had my unit listed and 3days later sold for more then asking price. Happy days!

Very poor communication

Very difficult to get feedback on the sales process. Auction was an embarrassing waste of time and money. Eventual buyers drove me absolutely crazy with endless requests for repairs and adjustments. Isn't the agent supposed to work for the vendor, not the buyer?

Great service

Adam was great. He was very helpful, and informed me every step of the way through my first property sale. The targets and milestones were clearly communicated, and weekly updates were provided after my property went to market.

Sale of unit 33-41 Brickfield St North Parramatta

Adam is an experience sale person. I would recommend him to anyone however, it is always good for the seller to keep an eye on what is happening during the sale. Always keep communication with the sale person to make things run smooth and at the end of it all it is a win win sale.

Accurate, Transparent and Communicative

Adam was great to deal with throughout the process. I was after a communicative and transparent agent who would maximize the value of my property, and Adam did all those things well. Very happy he always returned my calls with clear and precise information. His valuation of the house was spot on in the marketing conditions, so quite happy.

Property sold

Adam is a dedicated real estate agent and fulfilled his commitments to sell my property. He maintained regular communication by providing weekly updates and reports. He was agreeable to work under a progressive fee structure and his back office support was friendly and efficient. It should be noted that my price expectations were not reached even though Adam stated they were achievable. It is accepted that the market is difficult and the price obtained for the property was good. A couple of other improvements Adam needs to consider are as follows: 1) Adopting a selling strategy that includes auction when there are few buys around. 2) His approach towards vendors when an offer is made and the tactics he applies.
