After meeting with a few agents in the area, we went with Adam as he was very knowledgeable about the market and confident about getting a good outcome for us. We also felt that we had a good rapport which was a factor in selecting an agent. Adam did keep us informed after each inspection, and after some feedback where we advised that we preferred more communication and to be kept in the loop, he took it on board as well. Every customer is different, we just like having as much information as possible, which may not be the case for everyone. While there were some areas during the sale process that could be improved, ultimately the most important thing is that Adam was able to get a great outcome for us and a price that we were very happy with. He knows his stuff, is confident, and a good negotiator. I would without a doubt recommend him and would return if I was looking to purchase or sell in the future.
