Not that we can see what efforts go on behind the scenes but it is obvious that you all have a professional passion for what you do. My wife Kerrie, my sister Colleen and I were suffering anxieties relative to if we would realise a reasonable price for the unit in this Covid 19 age. Personally I believe due to Adam's positive direction and expert advice we realised an amount that was $18,000 more than a better Unit opposite mum's selling in July last year. I recall our mother, Lenore, being excited to learn of that unit selling and had a small brag to friends about (her) Unit's worth. Actually mum would have been tickled pink in realising nearly $20,000 more. John Molony will have smiled down as well. A preparation by us to take a fall of $50,000 wasn't unrealistic. Adam's estimate for a value range was spot on which reflects his expertise and local knowledge. I know it's not over till the day lady sings but we are extremely confident that settlement goes on without a twist. Again thank you to the team, particularly Adam. Selling in LOCKDOWN is no walkover, and dealing with the new problems that come up is not for the faint hearted. Reduced access of potential buyers to the Sale property and restrictions on the vendor cause extra doubts and stress on all. Preparing for on line auction is a whole new ball game. On the day, which we watched on line, the absolute professionalism we witnessed was right at the top. Result just excellent. So we totally recommend the firm of Docking Real Estate.
